Elite Sponsor $1000—includes a team entry (4 golfers), logo on banner displayed at registration and awards as well as online, full ad placement in program book and recognition on table tents and in the new “Our Vision Works” Magazine. 2. Major Sponsors $500—name on banner displayed at registration and awards, ½ page ad in program book , recognition on table tents, online and in the new “Our Vision Works” newsletter. 3. Hole-in-One Sponsor $250—your name will be displayed on one of the four par-3 signs in the Hole-in-One Contest and, in the program book, on table tents, online and in the new “Our Vision Works” newsletter. Only four sponsorships are available; they will be on a first come basis. 4. Tee Sponsor $100—your name or company name will be displayed an 18” x 24” tee sign, listed in the program book, on table tents, and in the new “Our Vision Works” Magazine. 5. Enter a Team $400—includes greens fees, 2 carts per team, lunch and dinner, refreshments on the course, a chance to win hole-in-one and skill prizes, and $1000 in prizes split between the top four teams. Your team will also be listed in the program book, and in the newsletter. (or let us put you on a team $100 per golfer) 6. Silent Auction—Donate an item, basket, or cash to purchase items for our popular Silent Auction. You or your company name will be prominently listed on the item you submit, in the golf program, and in the “Our Vision Works” Magazine. 7. Registration begins at 8:00 am, and golfing will begin with a shotgun start at 9 a.m. Fees for golfers include greens fees, cart, hot dog lunch at turn and steak dinner. There will also be a Basket Raffle and 50/50 drawing. All proceeds from the event remain in our local community for programs and services such as: Lifeskills and support groups, transportation/sighted guide to appointments and shopping, as well as assistive technology training. BCAB also offers a low vision clinic, vision screenings and eye safety education to the community at large.
